updates which christmas tree and others

wow i need to really keep up with this blog hehe. I have been falling really behind. Well we are trying to get ready for Christmas. We have our lights up and finally got our tree up finally. It looks pretty good but the kids keep taking off the ornaments so we put the more important ones on the very top so they can't get them eheheh I did put up some decorations above the fire place which i think looks pretty cool. I did get the thing from hallmark but only could get the one from last year. They had all of this years sold out. So when I go get Paul when we go to the mall I am going to see if they might have one there. i love getting those and the kids love them. Well i will take pictures on Sat we are going to my grandma and grandpas house to have a Christmas get together with them and my aunt and uncle and cousins. we usually do it on new years but doing it earlier this year. I will also take tons and tons of pictures of the girls opening their gifts and Allison wants to make cookies again this year so going to do that again too. she loved it. It will be awesome because Paul will be here for Christmas which i am so happy about. i can't wait to go pick him up Tuesday. Well i will end this for now. I hope you enjoy the pictures =] Oh and I got my nails done so will post a picture of that. They are red and green and on two of the nails one nail has Santa and the other has a Christmas tree =]

Sleep Over

Well we had a fun night last night. Samara and her kids came to spend the night last night. Dad, Avery, and her went hunting this morning. I got Allison a blow up ready bed. Well she already had one but I got a new one for her and the old one goes to Olivia. I got it on sale at Toys r us. If you got kids or you are a grandparent and don't have room for another bed. These beds are good to have around. Kind of like a air bed but with a sleeping bag attached to it. They are loads of fun for kids too. Well I tried to put the two girls in theirs and then Avery had his plan sleeping bag. Well needles to say they all ended up in their own beds and Samara's kids ended up in bed with her. For some reason Olivia didn't want to go to sleep last night. I think we went to bed at like 11 and usually the girls are asleep by 10 at the latest. I think the kids had a fun night last night just being around each other. We will be doing this again next weekend for Halloween. We are all going to go trick or treating down here in Rupert. I am going to make them a cool Halloween dinner and make sure and look at all their candy this year. They are having some recalls on some candy from China. We should stop getting stuff from china because they keep using bad stuff. I seen the other day they are using used condoms for hair ties. They put string around it and sell them very cheap. The weirdos. What has this world come to. Well any ways. Other then that we are all doing good. Three of us have colds but are trying to get rid of them. Allison is doing VERY VERY well in school and she has red ribbon week this next week. Monday they get to wear hats, Tuesday is Hawaiian day, wed is PJ day, Thursday is red day, and Friday is their Halloween party so I think they will get to dress up in their costumes then. I will be glad she is going to be so cute. She is snow white this year. She wanted to be Sleeping beauty this year again for the millions time but told her no so she picked snow white =] Well I will end it for now. If i don't write any thing for awhile I will make sure to write on Halloween. I will had pictures too so you guys can all see the kids in their costumes.

snow and updates

Sorry havn't added any thing for awhile been busy busy. Well mom made it through her surgery and she is doing very very well. She came home on Wed and I think she was glad to come home. Also last Sat we had a freak snow storm and got about 8 to 10 inches of snow. Not fun driving on those roads. We all went to Jerome that morning and they didn't clear the roads yet and I was driving 25 MPH on the freeway. The kids loved the snow. My sisters sister in law and them came down to see Reed before he left for a new job and they had fun at the house too. We got the fourwheeler and a slede and was pulling the kids. We had so much fun. Then we took them in and had hot cocoa and then it got too late and so we all got pizza that night so all in all we had a BLAST. Olivia had her two year check up yesterday and it went pretty well. Have to take her back to the dr on Nov 3 to get her rash checked out again and then those wonderful flu shots. Going to keep Allison out that day as well so she can get one too. This will not be fun at all. Well going to end this for now. I hope all is well with every one and hope every one has a good weekend =]

Also so that you know I got the blood test back and no Hep C or any thing weird like that so going for a fatty liver. I have a Dr apt on Friday so we can go over the ultra sound I did today. So cross your fingers =] Hope all is well and I will write more later.

A good and sad time

Well I have had a few good and bad couple of days. I found out my liver is not good right now. I either have Hep C or Fatty liver. I am going for the fatty liver cuz I have never known any one with Hep C and he said i didn't have kind of signs for it but he is checking me for that and I get a ultra sound of my liver tomorrow. This will be fun. Kind of scared of this cuz I don't know much about liver. I am just glad I found out about it now. It said that people will not get the symptoms of it till like they are really bad but I went and got my annual blood test for my thyroid and they checked my liver too so every thing else looks good =] Mom and dad and grandma and grandpa pete went to the hoover dam this last week to see the rainbow bridge that they have been trying to make for 20 plus years then they got to see the grand canyon. They got back to Jerome late last night so still haven't gotten a chance to see mom or dad yet. I am sure they had fun and I called them a million times hehehehe. We had two deaths in two days. My great Uncle Tedd died and then the next day my moms good friend Diane died. She had surgery a week or two before and it just got the better of her. I will miss both of them very very much but I know they are both in a better place with God. Olivia will be 2 years old on Thursday. It is weird. My baby is getting older and I don't want her to hehehe. We are going to try and have a birthday party for her and my mom on Sat but because of all the deaths we might have to postpone the party stuff. I hope not cuz I doubt we will get to it after the fact. We didn't have a party for her on her first birthday so wanted to have one this time. this is a picture of my dad pumpkins. They are allot so I am glad more carving for me =] I got a new camera and was going to send Paul my old one but decided to send him the new one sense it has more pix and also it runs on batteries which is much much better then a charger. I hope he likes it cuz I sure do. But maybe I can find me a good new camera. Mine is falling apart for wear and tear on it. It has been a good camera but time to upgrade to more pix and better zoom. Hard to keep up with the girls when you zoom isn't that great =].

Allisons Cheerleading last night

Allison got a chance to do some cheerleading again. It was alot different then what we are use to but she said she had alot of fun and I seen her doing the cheers better last night. She got her own t-shirt and we ended up buy her a hair bow last night too. There was a gal I know that was out there selling them which was perfect. She had alot of fun and she said she misses doing that stuff so maybe we will find a place where she can do it full time. But enjoy the pictures =]

Here is a video of them cheering Allison is towards the left side kind of in the back not sure if you can see her I was kind of far away and my camara sucks as zoom mode hahhaha enjoy

what is going on now.

Well not a whole lot is going on. Allison at Cheer Camp Sat and she did I guess OK. I think the cheerleaders kind of gave up on her after awhile. She just kind of did her own thing most of the time. I am having her practice so she knows that she needs to do it. She says she really like cheerleading so not sure if I want to keep her going. I do need to keep her in something for some extra activities to stay fit and what not but just not sure what she will want to do. Don't want to spend allot of trying to really find that out either cuz money is tight right now. But she is looking forward to her cheer thing tomorrow night at the Jerome vs Minico game. That will be interesting because we lived in Jerome and she did cheer at a few of the Jerome games so hope no one notices heheehehh. Other then that not much is going on. Just the same old same old.

things

Well yesterday was a fun day. Mom and I went shopping and I found the girls some shoes which they needed very much. I also found some onies there for Olivia which were way over needed. She has figured out how to take off her cloths and diaper so they were much needed. We also ended up at the dollar tree and found some cool halloween stuff. Well this morning has been a fun one this morning. Olivia desided to climb on the chair and I had my mr clean spray on the counter and she got ahold of it and sprayed it in her face. So she is going to get a bath here in a few. I tried to get as much off her face as I could but she still stinks of that stuff. Makes me sick. Well other then that not much is going on. but will keep you updated =]

what is new

Well I feel better then I did a few days ago. If i got up I would get this big pain in my tummy and I was really dizzy and had to go to the bathroom allot. So now I am not and I feel better. Well i will not be posting any pictures for a few weeks. I have donated my SD card from my camera to Allison's leapster 2 game thing. It said he needed one so I had to put it in there grrrrrrrr. So gotta wait on the pictures for a few weeks so i can get a new card. Well i broke down and got a new DVD player. I haven't really gotten a good DVD player sense we were in Germany. My first DVD player that I ever got and the first electronic item I ever got myself died. So i decided I wanted my TV and movies back in my bedroom so I can watch again at night instead of playing games on my phone. I hooked it up and every thing well I think something is wrong with my TV now cuz it will not work. I hooked the DVD player in the backroom and the girls are watching a movie out of it now and it is awesome. So I guess i will be getting a new TV soon. I don't really want to buy one but I guess it will be good to get for when we get out new house =] Things are going OK. I am excited for Olivia's second birthday to come. It is Oct 9Th. So I am going to combined moms and Olivia's birthday party together. It will be short and sweet because mom has surgery on her birthday so don't need her to stress about any thing. I will be getting some baby gates that are better so we can keep moms leg safe =] Don't want the girls to hurt her. I think I am going to make mom a big bubble that she can live in for awhile so then no one can hurt her heheheehhe. Paul is doing pretty good. He misses very one but I think he is doing OK. He got himself a TV/DVD player thing and he also has a portable DVD player also. So that is cool that he can watch TV. I was going to send him with the computer but after the last trip he had to the sandbox I don't want it coming up missing. We got Allison's Halloween costume yesterday in the mail and it is very cute. She is going to be snow white this year. She is excited. Olivia had her costume on yesterday and got stuff on it so might be getting a new one depending on if that stuff doesn't come out. Well i will be ending for now. I hope every one is well and I will write more later =]=

car accident

Well it is almost 3 in the morning and we are all up right now. There was a car accident on the corner. This one was weird. I was laying in bed and I heard this weird noise and then the power went off. I looked outside and seen one little light and then a white car that was flipped over. So got up told my mom and grabbed my cell phone and called 911. OK I went out and looked out my window again and i thought who ever was in that car was dead it was just dead silence outside. So my dad and I got a flash light and went outside and the were like a million cops like almost instantly surrounding the car and I look to the right of me and there is this guy on his cell and I asked him if that was his car and he said yes OH MY GOSHHHHHH I thought I was going to cry. I was just to happy to know that he was OK and not dead. I am not sure if he was just really tired or if he had been drinking. I know all of city of Rupert and I swear every cop on duty were out here tonight for this. i felt kind of bad the guys wife came out she is still outside trying to get all this figured out and i believe they took the kid to the jail. So I am not sure what really happened with him. We were just outside and it is 3:10 and they are trying to get the car up on the tow truck. They flipped the car back over which was something I have never seen before. It is raining right now and there is thunder and lighting outside as well. When they flipped the car those cops were on that car like cops to a donut hehhehe The one thing i seen in that car in the back was a infant car seat base so you know that guy was a dad. so this is my exciting morning .......

How much is a painting of a soilder worth?

I got this in a myspace message from my friend Jessi. I figured I would pass it along to you all and hope you enjoy it.

Take my Son A wealthy man and his son loved to collect rare works of art. They had everything in their collection, from Picasso to Raphael. They would often sit together and admire the great works of art. When the Vietnam conflict broke out, the son went to war. He was very courageous and died in battle while rescuing another soldier. The father was notified and grieved deeply for his only son.About a month later, just before Christmas, there was a knock at the door. A young man stood at the door with a large package in his hands. He said, "Sir, you don't know me, but I am the soldier for whom your son gave his life. He saved many lives that day, and he was carrying me to safety when a bullet struck him in the heart and he died instantly. He often talked about you, and your love for art." The young man held out this package. "I know this isn't much. I'm not really a great artist, but I think your son would have wanted you to have this." The father opened the package. It was a portrait of his son, painted by the young man.. He stared in awe at the way the soldier had captured the personality of his son in the painting. The father was so drawn to the eyes that his own eyes welled up with tears. He thanked the young man and offered to pay him for the picture. "Oh, no sir, I could never repay what your son did for me. It's a gift." The father hung the portrait over his mantle. Every time visitors came to his home he took them to see the portrait of his son before he showed them any of the other great works he had collected. The man died a few months later. There was to be a great auction of his paintings Many influential people gathered, excited over seeing the great paintings and having an opportunity to purchase one for their collection. On the platform sat the painting of the son. The auctioneer pounded his gavel "We will start the bidding with this picture of the son.Who will bid for this picture?" There was silence. Then a voice in the back of the room shouted, "We want to see the famous paintings. Skip this one." But the auctioneer persisted."Will somebody bid for this painting Who will start the bidding? $100, $200?" Another voice angrily. "We didn't come to see this painting. We came to see the Van Gogh's, the Rembrandts.Get on with the real bids!" But still the auctioneer continued."The son! The son! Who'll take the son?" Finally, a voice came from the very back of the room. It was the longtime gardener of the man and his son. "I'll give $10 for the painting." Being a poor man, it was all he could afford."We have $10, who will bid $20?" "Give it to him for $10 Let's see the masters." The crowd was becoming angry. They didn't want the picture of the son. They wanted the more worthy investments for their collections. The auctioneer pounded the gavel "Going once, twice, SOLD for $10!" A man sitting on the second row shouted, "Now let's get on with the collection!" The auctioneer laid down his gavel. "I'm sorry, the auction is over." "What about the paintings?" "I am sorry. When I was called to conduct this auction, I was told of a secret stipulation in the will. I was not allowed to reveal that stipulation until this time. Only the painting of the son would be auctioned. Whoever bought that painting would inherit the entire estate, including the paintings. The man who took the son gets everything!" God gave His son 2,000 years ago to die on the cross.Much like the auctioneer, His message today is: "The son, the son, who'll take the son?" Because, you see, whoever takes the Son gets everything.FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, WHO SO EVER BELIEVETH, SHALL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE...THAT'S LOVE Do whatever you like, but remember that maybe "one" of the people you might have taken the time to send this to, may be just the person who needs to hear this message. You have a choice to make." God Bless.
